Messages:
I heard today upon my visit to Charles the passing of Irene I had seen her on my sunday visit but I missed her in the living room and if she was not there I usually looked into her room before leaving for home. She was unconcious and breathed very heavy. We always had a chat when I was visiting the home. I liked her humor, sharp remarks, and excellent observations. Charles and I will miss her Helen
Sproule Family, we are so sorry to hear about the sudden loss that your family has experienced. Grandma Sproule was a free spirit, and brightened every room she walked in to. May her light and spirit live on in all the lives that she has touched. All our love, The Wenstroms
We just wanted to send you a note to let you know that you are all in our thoughts. Aunt Irene was an amazing woman that will be remembered fondly by anyone that crossed her path. She could fill a room with her personality just by entering and I will always treasure the time we spent together. I consider myself lucky to have met someone so positive with such a love of mischief and already miss her laugh. Stay strong and laugh lots as you share your memories. Wayne & Elechia and Family
Briane We want to let you know that we were surprised and saddened when notified of your mothers unexpected sudden passing. We usually spent a few minutes with her during our frequent visits at the Harbour to chat. The last time we were there, yes, she was having her nails manicured and polished. Although Ford only knew her for a short time,we are aware that he will miss her as they usually sat together during meals as well as in the rec room. We also want to thank you for your kindness toward Ford during your visits to the Home. Bob, Shirley & Ford
I had the pleasure of working with Irene since she moved in to Prince of Peace Harbour. I always enjoyed our visits over a hot cup of coffee as I would paint her nails a beautiful shade of red, play her a song on the piano or take her on a shopping spree at Luke's Tuck Shop. She would offer me advise on love, music, life and fashion and made me laugh and smile every day. I will miss her dearly and she will always have a special place in my heart. She loved her family very much and was so proud of you all. My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this hard time. I won't be able to make it to her service today, but am sending my love your way.
