Kathy grew up in Toronto, and became a registered Nurse. She met her husband Doug Soles while working in the Queen Charlotte Islands, and married in 1959. They raised their family in various small towns in B.C and Alberta while Doug served as a United Church minister, and Retired to Delia, Alberta in 1990. She is survived by her children, David Soles, Esther(aka Teri)Soles (Walter Higgs) and Heather Lambert-Jack Lambert, grandchildren Nicola, Breanna, Michael and Alex, bother Philip Locke (Jean Locke). She was predeceased by her parents, Lester and Vida Locke, and brothers John and Eric Locke. Many thanks to the staff of Drumheller Continuing Care for the Excellent care they have given her for the past 8 years. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
