Frank "Lee" LeRoy Cesar
May 7th, 2021
CESAR, Lee (Frank) LeRoy
Lee was born July 12, 1945 in Fort Macleod AB. Lee passed away, suddenly near Kipp, Alberta on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the age of 75.
Lee will be forever known as the proudest father and papa, who will be dearly missed. Lee shared his love of skiing, and the great outdoors with not only his children but his grandchildren. In the winter you could find Lee catching powder on the Fernie ski hills. In the summer, riding his bike, sharing his love of cars, camping, fishing, and tinkering in his garage, yard and garden. Lee made it to every dance recital, event and hockey game no matter how early. He loved to travel with his wife, sisters-in-law, kids and grandchildren, which includes Mexico, Hawaii, Costa Rica and many other trips throughout the years providing so many memories.
Lee found a love for truck driving early in life and spent many years long haul truck driving until his three children arrived. Lee always put family first and went back to school in his forties to ensure he was home to watch his children grow. After many years spent as a Certified Meat Cutter, he found himself back doing what he truly loved, driving truck. In the last week of Lee’s life, he continued to ensure family came first by spending quality time with each of his children and grandchildren, including delivering one of his last loads to his daughter’s farm.
Lee will be forever loved and missed by his wife of forty years, Jeanne Cesar; his children, Mark (Ashley) Cesar, Jesse (Amanda) Cesar, Angie (Curtis) Nelson; and his grandchildren, Laken, Brett, Deklin, Daxtyn, Alice and Deaken. Lee is also survived by his mother, Doris McAllister; Aunt Kaye Duncanson; his sisters, Linda (Lee) Thurlow, Sharon McAllister and Wendy (Brian) Muise; sisters-in-law, Pat (Gary) Norton, LeAnne (Keith) Lane; and brother-in-law, Dale Clifton; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends which he cherished.
There will be no Service at Lees request.

Jean and Family, I was so sorry to hear about Lee. I am grateful I was able to meet him, and I had many wonderful puppy conversation's with Jean and Lee, even though Lee mostly waited patiently for us girls to quit talking so they could get going(: I know that he had life full of people who loved him, and I know that he will be deeply missed. I send my condolence's to Jean and the family, and I am glad that you have each other. Cindy
