Messages of Condolence

She was my great grandmother but lovingly known as nanna. Full of mischief, love and adorable stubbornness. She stayed around long enough to meet my daughter Siersha, who was her newest great great grand daughter. Always loved and never forgotten ❤️ ~ Ashley Hill

To my amazing wonderful grandma Dorothy Gross. She was always full of life. Ready to go to next thing. Makeup on and dressed to the nines, even when she was going to the pool. I will love you and miss you always! Dawn ~ Dawn

I have many fond memories of visiting Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Johnny when we came to Saskatoon for summer holidays and Christmas time. We were always invited for dinner, all six of us. I also remember many visits being entertained by the little Slaters. Aunt Dorothy always had a smile and loved to tell stories complete with the facial expressions to go with them. We had a common love of horses and I loved hearing the stories of her riding to school. She will always hold a special place on my heart. Much love for my Dad’s big sis.❤️ ~ Barbara Hart

Mom was the kindest, most warm and loving mom who adored her family ,especially the little grandchildren. I remember all the stories she shared with us about the little Hill girls that came often for Sunday dinners at the Slater home and all the fun stories about these times she so enjoyed.
