Deborah "Debbie" Chisholm

Debbie will rest now at Barrie Union Cemetery, Barrie, Ontario with parents Teresa and Ab.

We are deeply saddened to announce Debbie passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 in Regina, SK. Debbie and her former spouse Jim shared two very much-loved children Holly (Neil) and Kyle (Mandy); six grandchildren Nyomi, Owen, Falcon, Caleb, Cobe and Cooper; one great-granddaughter Astra; her sisters Johanne Sherber and Heather Eacott will deeply mourn with her family. We will all simply just miss her so much.

Debbie grew up in Barrie, Ontario and attended Oakley Park, Maple Grove, Barrie North and then went off to Toronto to study nursing. Her compassionate nature suited the calling of being a RNA. Growing up she enjoyed Brownies, Girl Guides and was privileged to be selected to the Guides World Camp. Her creativeness always had her at her table doing arts and crafts and making handmade cards to send along with notes to stay in touch. 

Debbie fought hard to resolve her many health issues. Her wishes will be honoured in a private family service at a later date.​

Everywhere Debbie went she made everlasting friendships. Debbie joined in many activities and social clubs. Friends are wonderful blessings and she was grateful for each and every one.

All who knew Debbie will remember her love of flowers. To remember her enjoy a beautiful, colorful, fragrant arrangement and just know she will be smiling.
