Uncle Lloyd was a kind and friendly man who worked hard, loved his family and enjoyed many a laugh with my family. I was happy to reconnect with him in Calgary 3 years ago and saw how he had not changed from my childhood memories. I know he will be dearly missed. Love, Kim & Darrell Kramer
We are saddened to hear of Lloyd's passing. He was always smiling, kind and inviting. Lloyd loved his grandchildren and was especially proud of his great grandchildren, and loved seeing Tayvan and Kolson grow and play. Deloris and I enjoyed visiting with him and will miss his smile and laughter.
I grew up west of Gravelbourg, very close to where Lloyd lived. At the time, Lloyd and his Brother Glen operated a construction company that built many of the grid roads in our area, many that we're still driving on today. When I left the farm and moved to Gravelbourg, I wrote in several newspapers. I remember writing Lloyd's story, and how men like him and Glen had made our lives better. I was very sad to hear about his passing. My deepest condolences to his family and close friends. May God keep him forever. Sincerely John Hamon
