Rodney Joseph Clarke

Rodney Joseph Clarke was born on April 23,1961 and passed peacefully August 26, 2023 knowing he would soon be in His Heavenly Father's Presence.

Rodney was very passionate about studying "The Word" and greatly enjoyed debating it with others, especially with Pastor Nick. He loved being challenged by the word and living his life to the best of his ability according to the plan set out for him in the Word. Rodney enjoyed playing his guitar "Lucy" during praise and worship.

Rodney enjoyed driving the van and picking up people for Sunday service as well as other activities at the church. He had a huge love for sports. Especially hockey and football. Rodney was involved in Saskatchewan Roughrider parking for all the home games rain or shine. Rodney also loved watching his favorite hockey team and proudly wearing his Toronto Maple Leafs jersey any time he got a chance to.

Over the past several years Rodney suffered many health issues which he bravely fought with the help of his many friends, Christian family, and God. When God saw how much of a brave fight Rodney put on with his physical ailments, HE said rest now my child, and took Rodney home. Rodney will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all that knew him, but will never be forgotten.

According to his wishes, Rodney will be cremated.

A Memorial Service will be taking place on Friday, September 29. 2023, at the Gentle Road Church in Regina (1265 Garnet Street) at 2:00 pm.
