Mark Daniel Breitkreuz

It is with a heavy heart that we the family of Mark Daniel Breitkreuz announce his very sudden passing into the arms of His Lord and Saviour on July 25, 2022. Mark passed away at Royal Columbian hospital. He had suffered a heart attack and then had issues with his blood from which he couldn’t recover.

Mark was born on February 12^th 1976 at Grace Hospital in Vancouver, BC and was raised there until the family moved to Abbotsford in 1985. He attended Ten-Broeck Elementary School, MEI for grade 8 and then to W.J. Mouat where he graduated in 1994. After high school he attended Prairie Bible College and Trinity Western University, UCFV, and Columbia Bible College.

 He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 18 years Tesa. His Seven Children Zachariah (19), Hannah (17), Bethany (16), Twins – Naomi and Rebekah (14) and

Twins – Danniella and Alisha (11)

 Mark is mourned by his loving parents Jurgen and Adina Breitkreuz. His older sister Heidi Neudorf and her husband Shawn and their children Daniel, Sarah, and David; His younger brother Andrew Breitkreuz and his wife Ainslie and their children Grace, Mackenzee, and Brantley.

 He is predeceased by his Mother-in-law, Mary-Ellen Lehman and Brother-in-law, Bryan. He is also mourned by his sisters-in-law Barb and Dianea and her husband John; Nieces Myhrsades, Jessica, Ashley and nephews Austyn and Jackson; great-nephews Channing and Hudson and great-niece, Peyten.

He will be missed by his many Aunts and Uncles and cousins and many dear friends.

 We are going to be putting a Memory book together. So, if you have a memory of Mark, a story, any photos, slides or even negatives could you please send them to Heidi via email heidineudorf@yahoo.ca or mail to her address listed below.

The entire Breitkreuz family would like to thank for your calls and prayers during this time as we all mourn Mark’s passing. We will be having a Celebration of Life Service for Mark. We will keep you informed as to when and where that will happen. Thank you for your love, support and especially prayers during this time of mourning and loss.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mark Daniel Breitkreuz is to take place on August 24, 2022.

It will take place at Mill Lake Church at 33218 Marshall Rd. Abbotsford, BC V2S 1K5                         

The Itinerary is as follows.

Viewing from 10-11:15am

Celebration of Life Service – 11:30-12:30ish

From 12:45 – 1:30 the Graveside Service will take place at Hazelwood Cemetery at 34070 Hazelwood Ave Abbotsford, BC            

A Luncheon and time of remembrance and fellowship will be held at Mill Lake Church in the Gym following the Graveside Service.
