Maria De Gianni

Maria De Gianni was born in Italy in a small place called Cino in the province of Sondrio. She was the only child of Vittorio and Ceserina Pedranzini.
Maria and Livio married in 1950. In the spring of 1955, Maria with two small girls came to Canada to join her husband in Langley.
They were blessed with five children: Margherita (Ed), Liviana (Ken), Vittorio (Karen), Elisabeth (Jim), and Anita (Dan).
Predeceased by her husband, Livio in 1989 and her grandson, Tyson in 2000.
Surviving her are ten grandchildren: Leanne (Harnish), Theressa, Don (Tina), Jordon, Richard (Tricia), Michael (Melissa), Brad (Linda), Jason (Delaina), Tylor (Kathryn), and Sarah.
As well as thirteen loving great grandkids: Mattia, Ethan, Maggie, Riley, Reggie and baby on the way, Kohen, Hadley, Dawson, Chloe, Connor, Avery, Cooper and Lachlan.
Maria enjoyed gardening and helping her husband on their hobby farm. In her spare time, she loved knitting and crocheting.
Maria moved from her family home in 2010 where she lived the last fourteen years of her life at Avalon Gardens.
She will be deeply missed by all.
