Terry Stephen Vass
December 21st, 2011
It is with
great sorrow and heavy heart to announce the passing of a memorable gentleman
and master of his loyal sidekick “Lady“. Terry is survived by sons Tony
(Laurie) and Cory (Tracy) and grandchildren, Logan, Erika, Jessica, Melissa and
Stephanie. He is also survived by his sister Linda Beaton, sister and best
friend Sheila Boulton (Ken) their children Cameron (Lisa) and Jocelyn (Jeff),
brother Brian, sister Debbie, sister Jodi and numerous nieces and nephews. His
family extended further into his work world at Renfrew Chrysler, which was a
considerable source of pride for him. Terry was predeceased by his father Alex,
mother Joyce and a brother, Allan.
Terry’s career spanned thirty seven years at auto dealerships in and
around Calgary primarily as a sales representative after his years as a brother
with Ironworkers Local 725. He was well known and respected by those who knew
him. Terry’s involvement with baseball and curling diminished over time but his
love for sports never wavered, a true armchair sports fan to the core.
