Adair “Dearie” Roy (nee Odell) passed away at the Didsbury Hospital on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the age of 77 years. Adair is lovingly remembered by her family: husband, Bruce, of 44 years; children, Shannon (George) Leask, Warren Smith, Meggin (Sean) Phillips, Cameron (Julie) Roy; 8 grandchildren, Jo-Dee, Katie, Logan, Desirae, Cheyenne, Kelsey, Colton, Rein; 11 great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Carmen Roy; aunt & uncle, Lillian & Les Williams; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Scottie & Colleen Day; sister-in-law, Freddie Shupe and Joyce Odell. Adair was predeceased by her first husband, Raymond Smith; brothers, Cameron, Larry & Donald (Dorothy). A Celebration of Life was held at Cremona Congregational Church on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Didsbury Hospital, Bag 130, Didsbury, AB, T0M 0W0.
