Wesley “Wes” Beaton passed away in Calgary, AB on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the age of 48 years. Wes was born and raised in Calgary and later settled on Vancouver Island. He was known for his contagious laugh, crazy sense of humour, and genuine kindness and friendship. Wes will be missed by his loving partner, Cindy; siblings, Linda Tobler, Sharmagne Ray (Dean), and Wanda Beaton; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Mandy, Chad, Jamie, Melissa, Ryan, Mike and Kelli; as well by his large extended family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Beverley Beaton; and siblings, Kenneth Beaton, Dawna Tobler, and James Percival. A Celebration of Wes’ Life will be held at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino, 1000, 11500 – 35 Street SE, Calgary, AB on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm.
