It was a pleasure to work with Ed for many years. He was unfailingly honest, decent, and understanding, with strong faith, and a kind word for everyone. My condolences to Darlene and Ed's family - he will be missed.

Dear Darlene and the Archer Family. We were sad to learn from Wilda Stauffer of Ed's Homegoing ... may it comfort you to know he has gone to be with his Saviour and Lord, whom he loved and served for so many years. We have many fond memories of Ed and Darlene, when they would be at their vacation home in Columere Park -- they would attend our church in Invermere; we recognized them at Coy's Golf Course one day [when we were sorting out whose golf ball was whosesanitize_seed_30vdtxxnki04kossk0okskksg!sanitize_seed_30vdtxxnki04kossk0okskksg]sanitize_seed_30vdtxxnki04kossk0okskksg and decided to get together; we enjoyed many delicious meals together [both in Calgary and here]; fun games of Mexican Train; and great fellowship. Ed and his brother, David, were probably in their teens and Ed was quite a baseball player as I recall. May the Lord give you His comfort and peace in these difficult days.
