Kyle was born in Surrey on December 19th, 1979, and passed away peacefully in his home on August 12th, 2024, at 44 years young.
Kyle will be forever missed by his family, friends and co-workers. Kyle had a heart of gold and would do anything to help anyone out, He enjoyed Hockey, Star Wars, Golf, Family History, but most of all helping out his "Grandma the Great" in her garden, having a cuppa tea and chats, She was his world, he loved her so very much.
He was known back in the day by his friends as Weezy.. His friendships go back to his school days and he watched as they married and had children of their own, all of whom he adored, he was so proud when they called him UNCLE KYLE..
Kyle will be remembered for his quick wit, his cheeky grin and a kind heart that always found a way to help others, his love of his job roofing no matter how high or how hot or cold or wet the weather.
Kyle is survived by his parents Ed and Veronica, his brothers SCOTT (Ashley) nephews Isaac (Mother Kassi) Owen Desmond, CORY (Mindy) Nieces, Alexis Wolverton (Ben), Hailey and Nephew Ty. His Aunty Linda Nesper (who kept his belly full) Grandma the Great.. Irene Gillis.. As well as Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and his Citadel Family.
Predeceased by his Grandparents, Desmond Gillis, Ray and Betty Johnson.
A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Kyle on September 14th, 2024, from 12pm to 4pm at Harmsworth Community Hall, 7170 232nd Street, Langley, B.C.
In lieu of flowers the family is raising money to get Kyles name on a Sunshine Coach and a donation to the Oncology Ward during the Show of Hearts in February. A donation box will be there so feel free to drop a coin or 2. Or please feel free to make a donation of your personal choice..

We just found out about 3 days ago that Kyle passed away. We were trying to get a hold of him and we didn’t hear from him and not knowing he passed away almost 3 months ago. You will be missed by all of us Kyle. We thank you for all the good, honest and hard work you’ve been doing for us and our families. May you Rest In Peace.
