Hildegarde "Bibs" Maureen Doyle

Bibs Doyle of Didsbury, Alberta died peacefully surrounded by family on November 10, 2011 at Foothills Hospital.  Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on March 29, 1947 to Hilda and Pete Petruic.  She moved to Calgary, Alberta with her family in 1964.  She married Mike Doyle on October 12, 1968.  Her family moved to Didsbury in 1981 where she made many lifelong friends and was active within the community volunteering and helping wherever she could.  Bibs had a love of cooking and her kitchen was always full of family and friends visiting; enjoying homemade baking and other treats.  She also worked at catering, loved her yard, Red Hatters, Book Club and trips with friends.  Bibs’ biggest love was her family and her grandchildren Maddison and Jenna, who she shared a special relationship with.  Bibs was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, cherished sibling and loyal friend.  Bibs is lovingly remembered by her sons, granddaughters, siblings, mother-in-law and a legion of friends.  She will be deeply missed.
