Ronald Robert Irvine peacefully passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2011 after a lenghty illness. He fought a long and noble fight. He will be longingly missed by his wife Cheryl Irvine, son Steven Irvine, daughters Lisa Wallace, Jenny Holman, Katherine Irvine and Amanda Irvine; sister Stacy Springate and brother James (Peggy) Irvine as well as his 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and those whose life he touched. Ron was born in Toronto, Ontario on May 4, 1945. He moved to Lethbridge, Alberta with his family in 1980. Where he drove truck for many years, he had a passion for travel and adventure, always looking too see what was over the next hill. His favorite passion after retiring was enjoying the summers at their trailer in Glenwood where he spent many a summers day. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. A private Memorial Service was held.
