Shiro Nagamatsu

Shiro passed away in Airdrie on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at the age of 43 years. He is lovingly remembered by Junko Nagamatsu; his children Kayoko and Ko and family. Shiro was an excellent pilot with WestJet and will be missed by many flight crews and friends.

I have never met Shiro, I only knew of him through word of mouth. Everything I heard about him describes him as a professional and genuinely enjoyable person. I wish I could have had the opportunity to fly with him. I wish his family all the best in this time of sorrow.
Shiro I am honored to have been your coworker at WestJet and i just wish we could have had that sake and sushi in vancouver as we had planned the last time i met you in the crew hotel in Montreal. Full speed towards the light brother. I will be in Tokyo in a few weeks time and will make sure to raise a glass in your memory. I hope you are at peace now brother , take care.....
My heart felt Condolences to Shiro's Family for your loss, I am in shock reading his name in the Obituaries. I knew Shiro from being his Realtor and helping him buy his home in Airdrie and selling his Condo as recently as a few months ago. He was so happy that his condo sold and really enjoyed his home.
