Therese Anne-Marie Cooke (Tremblay) passed away peacefully with family by her side in the Olds, Alberta Long-Term Care at the age of 84 on Sunday, July 14, 2013. Darling mother of six children, Diana Cooke of Calgary, AB; Gary Cooke of Calgary, AB; Judy (Randy) Dahl of Olds, AB; Wayne Cooke of Calgary, AB; Angela (Joe) Lis of Seattle, WA and was predeceased by son, Donald Cooke, Jr. on August 20, 1989. Grandchildren include Virginia, Ryan, Lindsay, Zackary, Kristina, Alexandra, Cameron, Erik, Tyson, Scott, Claire and Grace as well as two great-grandchildren. Therese was born in Sandwich East (Windsor) Ontario. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Moore (Windsor, ON) and predeceased by siblings, Eleanore,  Albertene,  Amanda, Rosaire, Arthur, Lionel, Ameilia and Alice. She was also predeceased by her husband, Donald Cooke Sr., in 2003. We acknowledge the support and sensitivity given by Dr. Vorster, nurses, caregivers and volunteers from the Community and Olds Hospital Long-Term Care South Unit for the love and laughter embraced and shared over the past years. Your passion and friendship made a difference. Therese will be sorrowfully missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. To the Cooke Family. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom. I can't believe she is gone. I have so many childhood memories of her and all of you. I remember her great laugh and her easy manner.She was always so nice to me. She was a beautiful women in so many ways. She will be missed, my Mom and I would love to come to the Celebration of Therese Life, if it is open to friends. Mom was very sad ,could someone e-mail me with an address, so we can send a card. Gary, I have tried to call you but I have been unable to, I love you all .I pray God will ease your pain . I hope your faith cradles you. Just as I know your Mom is with the Lord , and cradled in His arms Yours Coleen.

To all Therese Cooke family My deepest condolences for your loss of your dear mother , and grandmother I remember her so very well when she came to see us in Canada Gem for repairs and such. It was always was my pleasure to have served her in the shop . Therese was such a delightfull and a fine lady and I will say an impeccable dresser she had such a flair with clothes. Therese had a smile at all times and so proud of her family God Bless her upon arrival in Heaven Rest in peace dear lady
