I just miss my mother in law RIP Helma

I am deeply sorry I did not find out about Helma's passing until after her memorail tea. I always enjoyed working with Helma. She loved to be busy.

I have known Helen my whole life! It is hard to think of her not being here. I am sorry to hear of her passing. Much love to her family, remembering you in our prayers. Jessica Hausauer and Jan Monson

Erika, Steve and all of your extended family, Shane and I send every ounce of love and energy we have to you and yours. Although I didn't know Helma well, I have fond memories of coaching her at Curves, and seeing her give it her all every time. She always spoke of her family with such great pride, and always had such positive energy... Such a sad time for you all, We are so sorry for your loss.

Very sorry for your Mothers passing Erika. I only met your Mom once at your house Erika, she was a motivated,positive and a happy person and wanted to move forward and try to enjoy life. Our thoughts are with you Erika & Steve and your family.

The world is less bright for losing Helma, but a bit better overall for having had her at all. We always felt so welcome in the warm home Helma and Jan made together. Every visit with Helma and her crew was characterized by humor and open, genuine friendship. So rare and precious. Thank you Helma.

Helma was certainly one-of-a-kind. Helma was one of the most original persons you could possibly meet, and not easy to forget once you spent some time with her. Helma was one of the freshest most open persons I ever knew. She was always inquisitive and energetic and excelled in keeping up with all the events around her. In the almost sixty years that I knew her (and her family) I can easily say she was always to a fault, open and helpful in any situation she found herself ... or yourself in. Helma was a truly good person. She was always aware of the needs of those around her. Of all the Cousins she was consistently the most fun and a guarantee of another good adventure. I think Helma's middle name was "Excitement" because it trailed her everywhere, often with laughable, goof-natured, and quite unintended consequences ... but never a dull moment. She hold's a special place in my memories, and I will always be grateful for her, as she only ever conveyed to me .... kindness, conviviality and genuine friendship. For all who have had the privilege to spend any time with her, you would then know a truly enduring and sweet soul.

Helma and I had wonderful conversations in years gone by and she was a a great person and a very honest person. Will surely be missed. Helma we will see you on the other side. Fuzz.

Wij vinden het onwerkelijk dat Helma er niet meer is, het is zo ver weg maar ook zo dichtbij. 43 jaren vrienschap is een hele tijd, dit had alleen veel langer moeten duren.Wij zullen haar erg missen en leven erg met de familie mee, en wensen ze heel veel sterkte de komende tijd. We have known Helma for more than 20 years with her husband Jan employed here. She was always so lively and spunky. She had such spirit and a generous and loving heart. She came to every social event, liked dropping by and personally delivered a gorgeous Christmas poinsettia every year. We will miss her so much.

Hoi Jan, Sue & Erika en fam. Gecondoleerd met je vrouw en moeder oma Helma. Wij gedenken haar als een heel lieve vrouw met veel humor. Als ze bij ons was, was het heel gezellig en hadden we samen veel aan elkaar te vertellen. We gingen winkelen en boerenpatat met een frikandel speciaal eten. Dat was altijd een feestje. Wij zijn blij dat we haar hebben leren kennen. We hopen dat ze de rust vind die ze verdient. Maar het is wel veel te vroeg. Joy came into my home every time Helma visited or chatted on the phone, no matter what the topic. I am saddened by the news, but also feel deeply blessed to have known such a delightful lady. So sorry to hear of Helma's passing. We will greatly miss her dropping in for coffee or tea when she was on one of her walks. She was a fantastic friend.
