To Carrie, family and friends of Frank: My husband and I came to know Sandy's family when we built our homes on the same street in Monterey Park. We are sad to hear of Frank's passing. On the few occasions when we had the opportunity to meet him, we found that he was always very pleasant. His smile could warm the hearts of all those around him. I know that he will be sadly missed. We will remember Frank in our thoughts and prayers. May God embrace you all with His loving and healing spirit. ~Sincerely, Diana and Richard Zarich

Frank, (and all of the Frey's) are very honorable and gracious people, and it was a privilege to know him (and all of you). the obituary does not mention a service for Frank, so I send my thoughts and hugs to you all.
