It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pamela May on Friday, June 12, 2015.
Surviving Pam are her husband of 64 years, Vernon; her loving children, Alison (Bob), Wendy (Kevin), and Paul; grandchildren, Colin (Tammy), Ryan, Paul (Theresa), Megan (A.J.), Jennifer (Anthony); great grandchildren, Bryden, Kolton, Logan, Mya, Mason and Chloe; sister-in-law, Barbara; and niece and nephews in England.
Pam was predeceased by her mother, Doris; father, Charlie; brothers, Ronnie, who died serving his country in the Second World War, George, twin brother, Peter; and sister, Peggy. Born in Rusper, England, she moved to Canada in 1976, first living in Calgary and then moving to Airdrie in 1981.
She loved working at the Airdrie Tom Boy, where she was known as “English Pam”, until her retirement with the closing of the store.
A Private Service will be held.
