Robert John Collis of Calgary passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at home. John is lovingly remembered by his son, Paul Collis and by his brother, Bill Hutchinson.
As per John’s request no service will be held.

To family and friends, I am deeply sorry for your loss. John was a special person with a genorous and forgiving heart. He knew how to enjoy life and give to others. A forever friend, he will be missed by me and my family.
My thoughts are with his Family and many Friends , John was a real stand out at the PO. We always had a laugh and made work so much more enjoyable. He really made a huge positive impact with everyone He worked with.
My condolences and wishes for peace to all. When I worked with John, he was always one of the good guys, his upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor made going to work a pleasure.
For years we was our paper dad our go to, many hours in the cold but John was always there for us. Sad that he is gone.. Rest in Peace ..
