Ronald Keith May (Dillion) of Cremona, Alberta passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the age of 58. Ron was born in Didsbury, Alberta on May 20, 1958 and was raised by his wonderful parents, Wilson Boyd & Ethel May in Cremona, Alberta. Ron enjoyed spending time with his family whether it was playing sports with the kids or cards with the adults. He spent most of his adult life working in the Alberta oil patch. From the drilling rigs to the gas plants, Ron made many friends and was loved by all.
Ron is lovingly remembered by his children, Brenda Neilsen (Tim), Jeffrey May (Nancy), Craig May (Tabitha), Darwin and Tyler; grandchildren, Bailee, Riley, Kaylee, Makayla, Brooklyn, Houston & Khloe; his siblings, Jean Knecht, Hilda (Peg) Baillie, Albert (Toby) May, Barbara Leite, Edith (Edie) Maccan, & Delbert (Jim) May; brother in-law, Wayne Lashmore; sister in-law, Lynn May; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ron was predeceased by his parents, Boyd & Ethel; his siblings, June Price, Lila Lashmore, & Harvey May; brothers-in-law, Wally Price, Clifford Knecht & Dave Baillie, sister in-law Glenda May; and nephew, Shane Vader.
As of Ron’s final wishes, he will be cremated without a service. His sons, Jeff & Craig will be holding a Memorial BBQ in the spring and will contact everyone with a location, date, and time at a later date.
Ron was one of a kind and will be missed by all.

Rest in peace, Dillon. I have many fond memories of a pesky brat who was so quick to grab his mom's garden hose to make sure I always had my soaking whenever I was at the Cremona May residence.
I'm sorry to.learn of your dad's passing. May you find comfort in sharing many good memories you all have together. And may you all feel the comfort and loving hand of God upon u at this time and always. God bless

My condolences to Ron's family I have know Ron since grade school and worked with him on and off for 20 years mostly at the Carstairs gas plant . A harder worker than Ron and his brothers would be hard to find . He also loved to party _ have a beer for me Ron and say hi to Harvey and Lawrence it's been a tough year take care.
