Jim Scott of Olds, formerly of Delia, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 88 years. Jim is lovingly remembered by his family.
A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at the Olds & District Evergreen Centre, 5237 – 52nd Street Olds, AB on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of AB, #200, 119 – 14 Street NW, Calgary, AB, T2N 1Z6.

Jim's ready smile, laugh, and kindness, and talents will remain within one of those happy spots in my memories. Many, many good memories of our times together have flooded my mind today. We are so sorry for the loss of Jim. Our families had been friends since forever. At Mom's 85 birthday party. Jim and Elmer Currie and Bob Crawley argued over who had known Mom the longest. Remembering all the times spent together on the farms, all the trips and travel together. And all the ups and downs. Hanging out with Jim and Pat and family was always an adventure and full of fun and laughter We are sorry we won't make it to the service. I would have liked to, but as you may know our Papa John Rowe has also passed away. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Ken And Karen, Bette and Ben, Bev and Dan. And families
