Mykola Demchyshyn passed away peacefully with his wife and daughter beside him on Saturday November 4, 2017 at the age of 91 years.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Janina; daughter, Chrystyna; grandchildren; nieces; nephews and extended family and friends and predeceased by his parents; brothers and sister.

Mykola was a very special man with a big heart, ready to help anyone who needed it. He was always quick witted and loved to share a joke. He had a great sense of humour and loved to laugh. We will all treasure those memories with him.

A Prayer Service will be held at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 704 – 6 Street NE, Calgary, AB on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 7:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 10:00 am.
