Ruth passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at the age of 81 years. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to her husband, Robert; their five children, Paul, Glenn, Diane, Barbara and David; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
During their 61 years of marriage, Ruth and Robert sustained an environment of love and commitment to their family who in turn, responded with enduring devotion to their mother right to the very end. No one can ask for more love than that during their lifetime.
The family is deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses and hospital staff at Unit 29 who did their very best to ensure her comfort and peace during her final days.
