My wife and I are so sorry to hear of Glen,s passing.May he rest in peace now.I can just picture him backing up all the Angels in Heaven with his base.
To Glen's family my sincere condolences. Glen made a huge impact on my life. He truly was an angel in disguise. A personable, professional, kind, giving man in every way. I considered it an honor to call him friend. His love for music was contagious. R.I.P. Glen, all who knew you miss you.
Sincere condolences to the Nott family. I have many happy memories of the music he made and listened to in Ontario years ago. I'll always remember his hearty laugh and relaxed manner that he had about him. May he rest in peace.
Glen was the best, he always had a kind word about everyone. He will be missed by all of us who played music with him.
Blessings to all who were fortunate enough to know Glen and play music with him. Glen was a sincere, sweet, giving man who truly loved music. May he be happy in the great hereafter regaling everyone with beautiful tones. Please let me know if there will be a send off for Glen in the future. Sincerely, Susan Turner.
Glen was a great friend to both of us also to the many musicians I played with he will be dearly missed we had lots of fun and GLEN was one of the best Bass players I have ever played with as THE LAST STRAW BAND WE PERFORMED THE LAST GIG and dedicated it to Glen may God rest his soul Maureen and I miss his visits over supper and cups of Tea in his home and after many gigs we will have him in our hearts always.
Glen was a wonderful addition to the Last Straw Band it was always a joy to see him play. He will be greatly missed by all of his band mates.
Glen helped me believe in myself when I didn't think I could. He did that for a lot people. He had a way of offering encouragement with a smile that made you think anything was possible. He helped other artists shine by letting them take centre stage while he weaved the beats that held them together. He tweaked countless sound boards and talked the mystical lingo that musicians wanted to hear in order to sound crisp and true. In the face of troubles, he had a never ending can do attitude that simply brought comfort to those around him. I honestly couldn't have wished for a better customer, jammer, and friend. I'm so sorry for your family, Gail. His loss has left a huge hole on our stage and in our lives. He was remarkable.
Our condolences to the family. We have spent many hours with Glen as he and Doug played in two different bands for the past few years. He will be missed by all who shared his love for music. Doris and Doug
Glen was a good friend. Kind and generous person I will miss him.
Glen was a real Gentleman, kind and a great musician,he will be sadly missed.
Never have a met a person who loved music as much as Glen. He loved listening, playing and engineering sound to make music of any kind. To play music with Glen was to be part of all that. I learned a lot, but especially the enjoyment of it all. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. He will be missed!
Glen was a great friend, a caring, sincere man that touched a lot of lives. He has been a great role model in both his professional and personal lives. I will miss his company on my trips to Calgary. All my best to his family at this difficult time.
My memories of Glen go back to a time before he went west. I appreciated his good will and kindly attitude as part of a family seed and grain business. My sincere condolence to Gail and family at this sad time. May Glen rest in peace
