Irene McDonald formerly of St. Albert passed away at Airdrie Bethany Care Centre on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the age of 78 years. Irene is lovingly remembered by her family, husband, Carson McDonald of 52 years, her children, daughter, Kimberley (Keith) Javorsky; son, Carson (Becky) McDonald; 8 grandchildren and 1 sister, Winnie. Irene is predeceased by one daughter, Janet. In lieu of flowers, donations in Irene’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and the Northwest Territories, 14925, 111 Ave NW, Edmonton AB, T5M 2P6. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 1305 Main St. S, Airdrie, AB, on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM.
