Bernhard Oberholzer

Bernhard Emil Oberholzer was born November 11, 1947 in Rapperswil, Switzerland.
After he completed his apprenticeship as a cabinet maker and the obligatory Swiss military courses, he emigrated from Switzerland to Canada in the mid- 1970s. His first stop was Ontario, but he soon moved to Calgary. He married Ursula Da Rugna, a fellow Swiss immigrant, in 1984 and they had one daughter together, Monika. He worked as a cabinet maker all his life. He loved soccer, ice hockey and horse racing.
Bernhard was predeceased by his Father, Mother, infant brother and Sister, Silvia
He is survived by his daughter, Monika Oliver in Las Vegas, NV and his siblings, Bernadette, Anne Marie and brother Johann and Sandra Oberholzer.
