Beverly Irene Pearson

October 24th, 2018

In the early morning of Wednesday, October 24, 2018, Beverly Irene Pearson (nee Glatiotis) slipped peacefully away to be with the angels in Heaven. She had a most amazingly accomplished life, but she wished that this announcement be short and sweet. To those who were fortunate enough to know her and to love her, know that she believed in kindness, smiles, hope, happy times, the beauty of nature and the deepest love for her children. She leaves us with many beautiful, happy memories as her truly unique spirit and soul are lifted into the heavens. She would always say “see you later” and smile and wave until she could no longer see you. Our little treasure will continue on as our bright guiding light, especially on a full moon when we all will think of her at the same time. She wished only a private family memorial.

Messages:

Dear Brenda, Keith and family, we are saddened to hear of the passing of your dearest mum. We have such fond memories of when we met her, she made us feel so welcome. She had such a twinkle in her eye and an attitude & energy of someone a fraction of her age. We know you are an incredibly supportive family and I'm sure you must find solace in the fact that she knew how you all adored her. Our thoughts are with you, in deepest sympathy Susan & Darryl xx

I am grieving with you. You lost you dear mother and I lost my dearest friend. Beverly invited me into the circle of her friends, when I just had immigrated to Canada in 1952. We both worked at the same hospital in Edmonton and had great times together. Either on the lake in a row boat or later in winter skating on the cristal clear ice. With her support I became a much more accomplished skater. I loved her free spirit, her infectious smile and happy attitude to life. I know that in spirit she will be with us forever.

Dear Rob, Brenda and Pam, We are saddened to hear of your loss and extend our condolences. We will remember Bev for her warmth and kindness towards our family -- including Alex and David who enjoyed her cookies from time to time! We will also remember her for her love of nature and flowers -- especially the sweetpeas she grew along our side of the house. We trust that you are finding comfort in your memories of a loving mother.

Hello Pam and Brenda, I am extremely fortunate to get to know your mom for the past few years. Bev was always kind and special to me while she was visiting the lab for her blood and ECG tests. I loved her instantly and we became mother and daughter relationships. She called me her Baby girl. She touched me to be a better person and her sweet smiles was contagious. I am going to miss her greatly forever. My deepest condolences to both of you and your family.

Brenda and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ve heard great things about your mom eventhough I never got to meet her. Know we are thinking of you and hoping that you are surrounded with family and friends during this difficult time. Our deepest sympathy. Mark and Susan

To Bev's Family, We were so sorry to hear of the passing of our neighbour Bev. From the time we moved in next door with our four young children, she always had time to chat, and especially with the kids when they were playing outside her house. She was kind, happy and gentle and great on roller blades ! Our thoughts are with you at this time. Avis and Len Bruton and Family

We are sending you our love during this difficult time. I remember the warm hugs, fresh cookies, her arts and craft. I treasure the wedding cake she decorated for us and the beautiful picture keepsake of my wedding bouquet.

Dear Brenda, Keith and Family. We are saddened for your loss. Your Mother was always active and up-beat. She is surely going to be an Angel we could all call upon. OUR DEEPEST SINCERE CONDOLENCES. / Bill & Gerri

I haven't seen Beverly since I left Camrose in 1948 but I remember her. I skated on my ankles while she twirled in her fancy skates and enchanted the rest of us. We envied Beverly, not just for her skating, but for her beautiful thick hair, her lovely smile and her handsome brothers! It makes me happy to know she had a family who loved her and adored her. Keep looking up at the moon. Jacquie Nowlin Donoghue
