Messages:

I was deeply saddened to learn of Frank’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Frank at William Aberhart High School. His calm, empathetic understanding of students’ social/emotional needs and respectful demeanor towards others was admirable. The boys in our ACCESS/ALP classes loved their “man talks” with Frank and looked forward to their daily hygiene routine after lunch. On behalf of the staff and students at Abe, some of whom can’t speak for themselves, please know that Frank made a real difference in the lives of his students and will always be remembered for his compassion and support of our most vulnerable students. Rest well, Mr. Frank.

Franks first thoughts were always about the students he supported throughout his career. He was a kind and gentle spirit. Rest well Frank. Lois Robb, Chairperson CBE Staff Association

To the family of a wonderful man. In my capacity as a Child Psychiatrist, I had the pleasure of working with Frank at Beaverbrook and Western High school in Calgary. I was touched by his genuine interest, love and understanding for struggling youth. He had the gift of always saying the right thing at the right time, something we call wisdom. He was a true teacher and friend. May you rest peacefully in this knowledge. May nourishing memories help with the healing process.

Frank worked at John Ware School for a short time, just lately. His warmth was felt by both staff and students. Thank-you. Rest well...

On behalf of the children of Ben Waldron, their spouses and family, I extend our love and compassion as your family mourns the loss of ‘young Frank’. Our hearts are with you Marie and Greg as you celebrate Frank’s life and lay your loved one to rest tomorrow. Having just laid our father to rest days ago, it is our prayer that you Know that you are not alone! Though we can’t be there physically with you, we will be with you in spirit
