I was blessed to have had Cindy in my life for 56 years. She was a courageous, compassionate and intelligent woman. Her nature was to always be positive and her smile lit up the room. Cindy shared so much with so many, and I cannot express how much I will miss her. I just know that heaven has a special place for her, and I will carry her in my heart until we meet again.
I was honored to have met Cindy when she visited her gorgeous granddaughters in Kemptville. We spent lots of time chatting to pass the time waiting for Sarah as she gracefully rode at her horses. Cindy's spirit and kindness and beautiful smile will stay with me always and I will miss our time together greatly. Sending Erin and Jeff and the girls lots of love and support. ♡

I am so truly sorry for your loss! It’s heartbreaking news when you hear someone losing a family member or friend. Especially hard when it’s the mom of someone I enjoyed working with for a short time( at the Bay) Erin I hope your family and friends can get through this by reminiscing all the great things about your mom. I’m sure the girls will remember their nana well.
We enjoyed spending time with Cindy when she travelled to Ottawa and will miss her cheerful demeanour. Our sincere condolences to the Family.
Erin and family, my sincerest condolences during this difficult time. May you find peace in the memories of the love she gave you.
We were very blessed to have Cindy as family she was the bravest person we know. Her friendship meant the world to us. Our condolences go to the family and there are no words to ease your loss but know we are thinking of you and send hugs and kisses to all. Xoxo
Please know how very special Cindy was to all the staff and patients she spent time with during her many, many visits at Carewest Fanning Center. First with Cohen, and then with Milo. The smiles she generated through her kind caring words are far too many to count. As a staff member who was so fortunate to know and work with Cindy - seeing Cindy and Milo along with the rest of the PALS gang coming down the hall always brought warmth to my heart as I know how the pet visits add so much quality to the lives of the patients, residents and staff here at the Fanning!! Cindy's kindness and love for people was evident to all who knew her. I am so thankful and honored to have known such a beautiful person. Cindy will be missed very much. Sincerely, Shelley Rutledge
It was a pleasure volunteering alongside Cindy @ LGFB Wellspring. A lovely lady in every way. Marie Evans

Cindy was the kind of person who's cup was always half full. She loved to laugh and never let anything get her down. I remember two times when she visited me. The first time we went to China Beach. It was a chilly day and of course Cindy fell in the water. She laughed and laughed. The other time she visited me, she decided to ride one of my horses. It was a feat just to get her on the horse, but we did. Then she wanted to trot. Well, the horse started to trot and Cindy fell off. We couldn't get her back on thehorse until we foundand old picnic bench in the woods for her to stand on. Cindy would try anything and loved everything she did. I will miss her alot. Love Lynn Wang
Bob and Family, I am so saddened by the loss of Cindy and am struggling to find the words to say. Cindy was the one who greeted me on my first visit with PALS five years ago with Cohen and was my Team Leader until she retired this year. She made every visit a joy with her beautiful smile, sense of humor and kindness. Over that period Cindy and I became friends and learned to depend on each other. She never complained about her illness but just continued on her courageous journey. Her love of life and will to live inspired me beyond words. I feel so blessed to have been a part of Cindy’s life. She talked of her family and loved you all so much. Her little dog Milo brought such joy and comfort to her. I want you to know my heart is with all of you as you struggle through this difficult time. Heaven has truly gained an Angel. I will miss you so much Cindy. RIP my friend.❤️
Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Please know you are in our thoughts. Sincerely, Jen, Joel, Addi and Dylan Nye
