Lily Kern passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at the age of 97 years. She was born March 13, 1922 at Leader, Saskatchewan being 1 of 5 children.
She is lovingly remembered by 2 sons; Gordon (Yvonne) of Hanna; Pete (Carolyn) of Hanna; 1 daughter – Linda (Ron) Munro of Rimbey; 4 grandsons, Kevin and Keith Kern, Ryan (Jenna) Munro and Tye Munro; and 1 granddaughter – Leona (Arvind) Chawla; 3 great granddaughters; Dante and Taylor Kern and Mya Munro; one brother, Dave (Jeanne) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Lily was predeceased by husband, Albert Kern; daughter-in-law, Diane Kern, brother and sisters and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

A Graveside Service for family and friends will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Hanna Cemetery. Lunch to follow at Gordon and Yvonne’s residence.
