After 22 years of operating as Personal Alternative Funeral Services® and Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Services®, our Franchise Agreement has recently expired. Accordingly, we are now changing our name here in Trail to Clark’s Funeral Services.
To the many families we’ve served over the years, please know that we’re the same people, at the same address and the same phone number. The only thing that has changed is our name and website address. Our people, phone number and address remain the same.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Uncle Jacques (Jack) Lachaine at the age of 85. He liked to tease a lot and was a fun loving man who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Jack served 25 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force and 17 years as a Correctional Officer at the Calgary Remand |Center. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Yvonne, daughters Annette and Katherine (Gerry), granddaughter Natasha (Tim), grandsons Jacques and Gerry (Leeanne), also his great grandsons Dayton & Aiden. Many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son's Michael and Andre. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion #285, Horton Road SW, Calgary, AB on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
