It is with much love and heavy hearts, that the family announce the passing of Darren James Noren, on May 31, 2019 at the age of 50. Son, Brother, Uncle, Friend, Darren will be missed by many. He is survived by his cousin, Michelle Kalin, aunt, Rayma Sebela,cousins Joanne, Paul (Jennifer) and Mark. Great cousins David, Brent, Tara Chow (nee Sebela), (Kevin), Kiera and Sophia. Extended family members Annabelle Pires Pearson (Todd), and nephews Dylan, and Reece. Darren is predeceased by his parents, Vernon Douglas and Elida Ann and his sister, Dawn Marie, his uncle, Wayne Dennis Kalin, grandfather William Harrison, grandmother, Marion Harrison (nee Kalin), grandfather Carl Julius Noren, grandmother Angie Noren (nee Stobel) grandfather John Kalin and his uncle Mike Sebela.
Darren was raised in Sparwood, BC and loved the Elk Valley and all it had to offer for someone who loved the outdoors. He had a passion for hunting and fishing, dirt biking and sports.
His courage, bravery, patience, generosity, kindness and compassion taught us all to be better people.
We were all blessed to have been a part of his journey.
His infectious smile will be ingrained in our minds forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Chaparral Pointe Friendship Room, 428 Chaparral Ravine View SE Calgary, AB on Saturday, June 23, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
