My thoughts and hugs are for Ross’s family. I will miss my times I had with Ross, he was one of my favourite people. He always had a smile and hug for me. If I was to have a 2nd father I would wish for Ross. I will remember him with a smile. Ski Hard Ross! Love Chris
Enjoyed our chats when Diane did the Civic Census. Also when out for walks and when Mr Roenspiess was out for a bike ride.
With sadness I learned of Ross passing. We skied together on several occasions in the late seventies and early eighties. Great memories of our trips to find the powder. RIP, my friend. Blue skies and powder snow for you now!
It is with great sadness and remiss that I learn of my mentor and dear friend Ross’ passing. I lost touch with him and Audrey when I left Calgary for retirement on the coast. Ross and I served together in several postings both in Canada and Overseas. Some of the fondest memories of our friendship was golfing and skiing in the Banff area together. RIP Buddy....I’ll remember you fondly. Vern Black, QUalicum Beach, BC
It was with great sadness that we learned of Ross’ passing. We have very fond memories of Ross and Audrey during our Germany posting at Lahr. We had some great times in 1RCHA and Ross was a terrific mentor to me. He was a talented ETQMS. Rest in peace Old Friend. Regards John and Janet Morrison
Goodbye Dad, You dedicated your life to and served Canada with distinction. I couldn't have been more proud to be your son. You will be remembered and loved through the lessons and opportunities you gave me throughout my life and by all of the people you touched through the years. Godspeed on your newest journey, where ever it may guide you.
My condolences to brother Joe Roenspiess, whom I played hockey with over 65 years ago, in Aylsham, Sask.
