Daniel Tremblay
October 11th, 2020
Daniel Joseph Tremblay passed away peacefully in his home in Calgary at the age of 66, on Sunday, October 11, 2020. Born in Chicoutimi, QC to Thérèse Tremblay, Daniel leaves behind his beloved sister, Louise Tremblay (Serge Morissette); nephew, Martin Morissette (Sophie Mallette-Morand); and their children, Ariane and Étienne; nephew, Régis Morissette (Valérie Tremblay); and their children, Noah and Megan. He also leaves behind beloved half-sister, Marlène Leroux; and nephews, Mathieu Paradis and Eric Paradis. Daniel had many uncles and aunts, and nieces and nephews. Daniel developed and nurtured many close, long-term friendships with a variety of people throughout Alberta and British Columbia. He was “like a brother” to so many, and was often opening his home and his heart to help people who faced tough times. He openly shared his experience, strength, and hope to those who needed it. Many people will remember annual camping trips with him, celebrations of special times, and Christmas cards every year. He is missed dearly. We wish you peace forever, Daniel.
There will be a virtual Celebration of Life for Daniel on Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm, via Zoom. The meeting ID is 252 794 8977.
All are welcome to attend. Please share this information with other friends and family who may want to celebrate the life of our friend and brother.

Missing you, my dear friend...but I believe you are reunited with so many who meant so much to you. Give hugs to our people, Daniel. I know you know how much you've impacted the Bear family, and how grateful I am for your love, support, laughs, tears, cakes and camping trip. Love flowing your way <3
Thank you for everything you did for me stuck by my side when I thought I was completely alone, you showed me a better way to live and if I stumbled it was ok you just helped me back up and stayed with me till I figured it out. Knowing that I will never be able to talk to you or get a hug when I'm feeling down absolutely breaks my heart into a million pieces. Rest easy my friend, you deserve to be at peace now.
Daniel was a part of my life for the past 22 years, and will be remembered as a valuable member of our fellowship
