Dear Robert & Billie & Families, We were so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing, remembering her as such a bright light when we met her so many years ago. We send you our love and healing hugs at this very sad time. We think of her as we read the following prose, we see her sailing just beyond the horizon. Gone Only From Our Sight I am standing on the seashore. Suddenly a ship at my side Spreads her white sails to the morning breeze, and starts out for the blue ocean. She is an objet of beauty and strength, and I stand and watch her until at length she is only a ribbon of white cloud just above where sea and sky mingle with each other. Then someone at my side says, “There! She’s gone!” Gone where? Gone from my sight - that is all She is just as large in mast and hull and spar As she was when she left my side, and just as able to bear her load of living freight to the place of destination. Her diminished size is in me, not in her, and just at the moment when someone army side says, “There! She’s gone!” there are other voices ready to take the glad shout, “There! She comes!” And that is dying. Author Colonel Marcus of the Israeli Army (Found in his wallet June 11th 1948)

Thank you for letting us know about the passing of Coral Cennon. Coral has been a wonderful volunteer at Spruce Meadows for many years, and we appreciate her dedication to Spruce Meadows.
We are so sorry to hear of Coral's passing. May she rest in peace.
My son Dan played soccer with Billie a very long time ago, and I spent many of game next to Coral on the sidelines, chatting as we watched our boys. I always enjoyed her company. Coincidently, I came across some photos of those times earlier today. My husband Bill was their coach. The good old days! Bill and I would like to extend our condolences to the family. We have lovely memories of Coral.
