ROTH (nee McCRACKEN), Alma Beatrice
Alma Beatrice Roth (McCracken), passed away on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 at the age of 94, with family at her side. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Leroy (Elaine) and Wade; and daughter, Coreen; grandchildren, Mistie, Mannon(Jessica), Carmen, Trina, Glynne, Nicole, and Kayla (Mark); great-grandchildren, Jordan, Turner, Conner, Ryanne, Glynne, Maggie, Spencer and Ronin. She is survived by one sister, Arlene Dean 92, of Calgary; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years in 2014, Alvin; 2 sons, Glynne 1975 and Dan 2018; grandson, Devron 1997; daughter-in-law, Marian; & son-in-law, Ray.
From a very early age she taught herself to knit, crochet, sew, and learned to cook, bake, can and preserve, from her mom. She was always busy with multiple projects on the go at the same time. Quilt on the frame, Afghan being crocheted, mitts being knit and a jigsaw puzzle set up always. She loved word search books, Chinese checkers, (to which I have never won against her), but most of all, she loved card games. From the simplest snap or go fish with the little ones, to the canastas and whist games that she excelled at. Most of all, she loved her family. She was the most kind, gentle, patient, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunty, and friend that anyone could have. We will miss her physical presence, but she will always be in out hearts, thoughts, and memories.
We would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Lone Pine Hall, East of Didsbury AB.

Lovely lady. Inspiration to us all!❤
Aunty was a joy to be around, always smiling and enjoying life. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Our condolences to the family. We spent several years with the Mayerthorpe seniors slow pitch team and many fun times with the Roths. Alma was always a friendly and positive person. I'm sure she will be so missed.
