Irene Mary Fedorkew

Irene Mary Fedorkew       

March 18, 1945 – November 29, 2021

Irene was born in Chilliwack/Agassiz in 1945 to her parents Nick & Nellie Fedorkew.

Irene was raised in Agassiz with her two brothers Mike & twin Ivan.

Irene had married John Antufeaff in the mid 1960’s and had two sons – Dale & Johnny

Irene attended hair dressing school at an early age, earned her license and worked at as hairdresser for several years in Burnaby BC. In later years Irene cared for children. Irene enjoyed cooking, Spring-time gardening & watching TV with the companionship of her cat Flossy. Irene lived most of her life in Vancouver and was very close to her two sons.

Irene sadly passed away on November 29^th, 2021, at Burnaby General Hospital at the age of 76

Her two sons were near her bedside during her final days in the hospital

Irene was a loving mother, grandmother, and a very kind person, enjoyed a good laugh with friends and will always be in our hearts & greatly missed.
