Rebecca Baltasar

Rebecca was born in Quezon City, Philippines on July 3, 1962, to Arsenio and Rosalina Dukay. She married Jose Baltasar on June 6, 1992, and gave birth to two daughters, Maria, and Stefanie, in the Philippines. She and her family relocated to Canada on March 28, 1998. In Canada, Rebecca was a stay-at-home mom to take care of her daughters before going back to school to become an Early Childhood Educator with Montessori training. She worked with great joy for over a decade. At her work, she took pride in the learning materials she made for the children she took care of and made great friends with her coworkers and the parents. Rebecca was able to attend the high school graduation of some of the children she taught. She is remembered by family and friends as a beautiful person full of love, laughter, and conversation.
