Clifford Raymond Anger passed away peacefully at Richmond General Hospital on August 22, 2011 at the age of 82. Cliff will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife Joan; sons Chuck (Bev), Mike, Lindsay (Denise), Charles (Amy); daughter Michelle (Joel); grandchildren Shelley (Orlando), Shannon (Calvin), Dion, Crystal, Candice, Lesley, Soiel, Brandy, Shannon, Aidan, Aaron, Trent; great-grandchildren Devon, Brayden, Jun, Kristina, Jalyn, and Jada. Cliff was a true renaissance man. His expertise and interests spanned a significant and vast array of subject matters. He was hard working and he enjoyed life in the lumber business. He also loved to R.V. to the Okanagan. Cliff was a strong willed and determined man, loved and respected by all who knew him - generous to a fault. His battle with health issues was long and difficult. He did it his way – we will miss him. A celebration of Cliff’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday August 27 at Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel 3070 – 275A Street, Aldergrove BC. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Vancouver S.P.C.A. http://www.spca.bc.ca/vancouver, or a charity of your choice.

I have so many things to see and do,

To all who have left condolences, thank you. There is nothing I can say to enhance my father's accomplishments, morals, kindness and work ethics as he always did everything to the utmost of his ability. His guidance, advice and sense of humour will be missed. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have had him for a father and I feel priveledged and honoured to have him as my best friend. Dear Joan and family, Please accept our deepest and sincerest condolences. How do I begin to tell you how grateful and appreciative we have been all these years of Cliff's kindness, support, and encouragement when life challenged us. His memory will certainly live on my family. The world has lost a "GOOD" man, a man who has impacted many lives in a positive way. May he rest in the peace he so well deserves
Cliff, I won't say goodbye. I'll say so long. I'll always see you on your carrier hauling lumber from Alberta Lumber Company in False Creek to yards in Vancouver and me waving to you. Gone but not forgotten. "So long Cliff".
