Lorretta Cherkas, born 1920 in Hylo Alberta, passed away in Surrey B.C. on May 17, 2019.
Predeceased by her husband Joseph, parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters, she is survived by her daughter Rita (Freddie); son Ernie (Linda); 4 grandchildren Lisa, Jason (Angela), Scott (Angela), Karrie (Craig); 9 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 1 sister, Rena, and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
A special thanks to the care providers at Weatherby Pavilion.
Prayer Vigil to be held on Thursday, May 30th at 7pm and Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Friday, May 31st. at 11am, Good Shepard Church, 2250 150 St, Surrey , B.C.
