On April 3, 2019 our beloved Sweetgirl, Kristin Angelique Hurst (née Drysdale) passed away suddenly. She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Janet (née Turney) Drysdale; her uncle James Turney; her sisters Jennifer Drysdale and Karen Drysdale and their families; her loving husband Stephen Blair Hurst; and her daughters Emma Beatrice and Sadie Claire. She also leaves in mourning parents-in-law John and Nel (née Toenders); sisters-in-law Adrienne Blair, Julie Adams, Leslie Shaw and brother-in-law Ryan, and their families.
Friends are invited to McGarry Memorial Chapel, 176 Route 105, Wakefield, Qc for visitation on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Kristin's Life will be held on April 26, 2019 at 1 pm. A second Celebration of Kristin’s Life will be held in Langley, BC on May 25, 2019 at SouthRidge Fellowship Church, 22756 48 Ave, Langley City, BC at 1 pm.

I had the pleasure to have Kristin as a student and as a participant in some of the trips we made at the time. I still see her as a beautiful young girl, so smart and very kind. Great memories... I dreamt about Kristin last night. We went to OT school together. I’m not on social media, so I googled her name. Her picture popped up and she is just as pretty as she was in school. But it was an obituary, and my heart fell. I remember her as so smart (I always wanted to be in her group), witty and driven. She was very well liked by everyone and had a great smile. I’m so sorry for your loss.
