Annie Violet McDonald

In loving memory of Annie McDonald (nee Murphy) Born September 22, 1924, who passed on January 23, 2024.  Annie was a true pioneer of Matsqui born to John Murphy and Kathleen Murphy (nee Conroy).  Predeceased by her husband Jim McDonald, daughter Barbara Beharrell, grandson Russell Beharrell, granddaughter Brianne McDonald, and siblings John (Spud) Murphy, Kathleen Spray and Elspeth Melnichuck.

Annie leaves behind sons Murray (Jeanette) McDonald, Stuart (Colleen) McDonald, granddaughters Jo-Anne (Marshall) Beharrell, Katherine McDonald, grandsons Ken (Bobbi) McDonald, Colin McDonald, great grandchildren Sydney Beharrell, Avery McGurk, Madison McDonald, and Taylor McDonald.

Annie was a loving wife and mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a good friend to many.  She lived and long and wonderful life on Mount Lehman.  In lieu of flowers, a donation to a local charity of your choice is appreciated.

A celebration of Annie’s life with be announced at a later date.
