James Charles Hoffman

James Charles Hoffman, Jimmy, began his incarnation February 15, 1950 and completed it peacefully beside his son, Anthony Edward Hoffman on July 16, 2012 at the age of 62 years.
Born in Regina, SK and predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anne Hoffman, Jimmy spent his lifetime enriching the lives of all those who had the fortunate experience of sharing his journey. With his simplicity and jovial spirit, truly he gave this world far more than it could return.
Jimmy's primary concern focused on his grandchildren whom he adored with so much Love; Donny, Damaris and Jonathan. Through his innocence, Jimmy was able to connect with his grandchildren in a way which many of us lose as we continue to grow.
Predeceased by his son Martin James Hoffman, Jimmy is survived by his sister Helen, brother Joe and their families. Although Jimmy's cancer diagnosis was unexpected, his condition presented another gift by reuniting his family.
Although Jimmy had a soft spot for the ladies, in his eyes shone two apples of whom he loved as if they were his own daughters, Anthony's spouse Itza Mayela and Helen's daughter Candace. Jimmy and his family wish to thank the nurses and staff of Unit 3B at the Pasqua Hospital for all their comfort and support.
Jimmy's family encourages all who wish to embrace Jimmy's life by joining the family at the Totem Pole in Wascana Park on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 2.00 pm.
