Mary Susanne Scott

Mary Susanne Scott, late of Regina and formerly of Pangman, Sask, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012 at the age of 97 years following a short illness. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Dorothy Frindell, and her siblings Mabel DeBacker, Jack Frindell, Stan Frindell, and Leo Frindell. She is survived by her niece Marilyn Reid; nephews Ted DeBacker (Pat Gibbons), Charles DeBacker (Pam) and Kim DeBacker (Marguerite) and their children and grandchildren. Mary was a lifelong resident of Pangman, Sask. and enjoyed her career as a teacher at the school in Pangman. She was very active in the community and a dedicated volunteer. She was particularly fervent in the practice of her religion and very involved in the activities of Holy Angels R.C. Church.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, Pangman, Sask with Rev. Gerry Bauche Celebrant.  Interment in Pangman Cemetery. Flowers most gratefully declined. Memorial donations, in memory of Mary, may be made  to World Vision or to a charity of choice. The family wishes to thank Jerome and Lorna Pasloski and the staff of West Hill Manor for the exemplary care that Mary received while a resident at their facility. The family also wishes to thank Kevin Almassy and Brent Metz of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services for their outstanding service.
