Eva Morse

Eva Morse, late of Regina, SK, entered into eternal peace on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the age of 84 years.  Eva was one of ten children born to the late George and Mariea Apostol.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 57 years George Morse in 2002 and son-in-law Bruce in 2010.  Eva will be forever remembered by her loving sister Helen (Peter) Kosteniuk; her daughter Liz Whittingham; son Wilfred Morse; as well as a step-grandson; a step-granddaughter; 8 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; 10 Godchildren along with countless friends and family whom were blessed to know her.  Eva touched the lives of many people with her smile, generous heart, and her baking.  She was the proud owner and operator of the Captain’s Corner at the Regina Exhibition for 20 years.  Eva’s interests were her family, gardening, and cooking.  Family and friends are invited to attend Prayers on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 7:00 pm in St. George Orthodox Cathedral, 2005 Edgar Street, Regina, SK.  Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 10:00 am in St. George Orthodox Cathedral with Fr. Cosmin Sicoe officiating.  Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.  Donations in Eva’s memory may be made to the Regina Wascana Grace Hospice, 50 Angus Road, Regina, SK S4R 8P6.

Eva was a favourite Mary Kay girlfriend. Always a hug, a smile and lots of words of encouragement. We had great visits and lots of laughs. Eva always looked lovely. Beautifully dressed, lipstick on and that thick lovely white hair. She was a wonderful women!

My sincerest condolences for your loss. Eva always had a hug and kiss for you when you met. I will miss seeing my godmother at the casino.
