Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Frank passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the age of 77 years. She was predeceased by her husband Albert; parents James and Julia; in-laws Tony and Minnie; sisters Kay and Velma; brothers John, James, and Peter. Betty is survived by her loving children Denise, Mark, Donna (Randy), Wanda, Doug, Michael (Shellie), Melinda (Kevin), Audrey (Rod), and Cynthia (Brent); grandchildren Erin (John), Scott, Corey, Maegan (Andy), Tamara (Kevin), Michael, Anthony (Avery), Crystal (Nathan), Nick (Colleen), Christopher, Jenna (Will), Leah (Devon), Alyssa (Kyle), Jared, Connor, Brayden, Brittany (Edward), Breanne, Dwight, Kendra (Wes), Morgan, Mike (Jossie), Krista (Matt), Ashley, and Brook; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters Mary and Rose; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Our mom was a compassionate and loving person. She loved her children dearly and enjoyed the visits from all the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mom worked and cared for the elderly for 20 years at the Cupar Nursing Home where she was also dearly loved by the residents and staff. Many of the things that mom loved doing were baking, making perogies and playing her guitar and accordion. Our mother was a true caregiver. If she wasn’t at work caring for the elderly she was at home caring for her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by not only her family but all who knew her. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Hall, 2020 Winnipeg Street, Regina, SK. Also a Heartfelt Thank You to nurse Mel (in the MICU at the Regina General Hospital) she was an angel by our mom’s side. Flowers most gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations, in Betty’s memory, to the MICU at the Regina General Hospital, 1440 - 14th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 0W5 or Lung Association of Sask., 106 – 438 Victoria Avenue East, Regina, SK S4N 0N7.
