Messages:

Alison and Scott, We were very sorry to learn of Garth's death. May fond memories comfort you and your families at this difficult time. Amber MacLeod and Maureen

I worked with Garth at Farmland Security Board he had tons of patience training me on computer work. He was a good sincere kind person and we shared lots of laughters with Garths out of the blue sense of humour - I was so looking forward to seeing him again for a coffee and even though I had not seen him for many years Garth had no idea I valued him and feel I have lost a brother who will remain in my heart as special. I wish peace and strength to all Garths family at this difficult time. Expressing deepest sympathy to you in your sorrow, Brenda, Alison please call me if I can do anything or just to talk fondly of Garth. Sincerely Kay

Garth did invaluable work for the Farm Land Security Board managing our IT section. His capabilities enabled the board to create both internal and commercial databases that regular government resources would never have achieved. His skills, dedication, dry sense of humor and charming idiosyncracies will be fondly remembered by all who worked with him. My thoughts are with all who were close to him.

So sorry to hear the news. We were very close as kids and I have lots of great memories. His last few years seemed very difficult. I am glad his suffering is over.
